Service Visit

We understand that sometimes the carts require extra service. That’s why we offer a comprehensive service visit for our customers. Our service visits are tailored to your needs, and based on your location we will provide service visits on-site or offer exclusive online training. Our service visits are categorized in Reparation, Modification and/or Installation.

Extended Warranty

An extended warranty is a service contract that provides additional coverage beyond the standard warranty period. An extended warranty may cover items such as labor, parts, and other services provided by FlexQube after the initial warranty expires. Extended warranties are offered to protect our customers against unexpected repair or replacement of costs.

On-Site Assembly

On-site assembly of our carts is done by our professional assembly team. It benefits customers who do not have the time, resources, or knowledge to assemble the product themselves. Depending on the quantity of the carts, the assembly process may vary. Our teams will also provide technical support and guidance throughout the process to ensure that the carts are properly assembled and function correctly.

The process involves:

  • Unboxing the carts
  • Assembly all components
  • Securing all necessary parts
  • Installing software systems
  • Testing the carts

Have you already purchased your carts without including on-site assembly? Do not worry; you can make an additional quote for on-site assembly below.

Preventative Maintenance Inspection

To ensure our customers with prolonged quality, we offer a comprehensive maintenance package that will keep your products running smoothly and efficiently.

Our team of professionals go to customers’ site and inspect the existing fleet of carts, eqarts, or liftrunner and provide a report of how we can ensure optimal performance on all products. This is offered so we can help maintain customers’ fleet and keep it operational with minimal downtime.

Spare Parts

The service involves providing customers with advice about the best parts for their needs, helping them find the correct replacement parts, and packaging and shipping the parts to their location. The service may also include recommendations of components based on planned future operations.
