FlexQube among the winners in Robotics Innovation Award 2022
FlexQube has, as the only Swedish company, been listed as a winner in the Robotics Innovation Award 2022, announced by WTWH Media, for the new FlexQube AMR system. FlexQube was awarded within the Technology, Products and Services Innovation category where the criteria was: “New commercial solutions that have the potential to positively impact markets or the whole robotics sector.”
Among other winners this year were companies like Nvidia, John Deere, GreyOrange and Berkshire Grey.
Mike Oitzman, editor for the Robot Report comments on the AMR system: “This solution is novel because the AMR system powers the motors onboard each AMR while driving the AMR between pickup and drop-off locations. This improves the efficiency of the entire material handling process.”
CEO Anders Fogelberg comments: “Our transformation to become a recognized robotics company is currently ongoing and within the last year we have taken major steps towards that goal, including the Amazon project and the recent AGV system orders. To be awarded in the RBR50 Robotics Innovation Award together with the very prominent names that are in there, definitively strengthens our brand when it comes to robotics and automation.”
