“These carts are some of the best things I’ve Seen…” – Direct Relief Case Study
For almost 12 months now a Direct Relief facility has been using FlexQube carts within their facility to great success. Direct Relief is a humanitarian aid organization which is active throughout the USA and in over 80 countries worldwide. The mission of Direct Relief is to improve the health and lives of people affected by poverty or emergencies.
Nothing makes us happier as a company, than knowing our customers are able to use our products successfully. So, it’s inspiring for us to see that our FlexQube carts can help such a great organization like Direct Relief. Direct Relief focuses on doing so much wonderful and beneficial work for the community, providing aid & relief to people in need.
FlexQube was able to help Direct Relief with some of our flat shelf carts. Our CEO Anders Fogelberg, went out and visited the Direct Relief facility in Santa Barbara in 2017. From this visit we were able to come up with some design ideas that we thought would really benefit the employee’s and the operators working and volunteering within this facility.
Direct Relief ended up opting for a 25 x 47 inch flat shelf tugger cart, as they were looking into a solution which could be transported easily and safely. One of the bonuses of this cart is that the shelves can be adjusted however you need them to be. So depending on the materials you need to be transporting it’s easy to switch the heights or even remove the shelves totally.
