Roller Load Carrier to Navigator AMR

The Navigator Roller AMR System comprises FlexQube’s Navigator AMR and its Roller Load Carrier. This heavy-duty system is designed to autonomously move pallets and connect to a roller rack at the drop-off and pick-up area. This system can move materials weighing up to 3300 lbs (1500kg) kg and thanks to FlexQube’s patented modular concept, different load carriers can be swapped out as required.

The Roller Load Carrier, coupled with the Navigator AMR, is a heavy-duty AMR system designed to autonomously move pallets and racks in manufacturing and warehouse environments. The size of Load Carrier can range from 910mm x 840mm to 2520mm x 2520mm. The system consists of a Navigator AMR that navigates Load Carriers with material on top to the right place at the right time. This solution features an automatic height adjustment of the roller on the Load Carrier as well as motorized rollers for easy and efficient movement of pallets between the Roller Load Carrier and the roller rack at the drop-off and pick-up area.
