What is a Shelf Tugger Cart?
Shelf Tugger Carts are a tugger train system with multiple shelves to transport materials such as boxes and totes or other kitted materials. The FlexQube shelf tugger carts are equipped with a drop pin and hitch tow bar for transportation using a tugger train system. More or less shelves can be easily added depending on your materials. What is a LiftRunner Tugger Train System?
STILL LiftRunner frames are designed for use with the STILL LiftRunner tugger train system. This tugger system allows the carts to be pushed into the trailers at floor level. For traveling the trolleys are raised hydraulically or pneumatically so that only the larger wheels of the “Liftrunner” trailers touch the floor. This reduces the noise and decreases the wear and tear of the wheels of the trolleys which cannot get caught anywhere, which will, therefore, increase the service life. The trolleys are automatically locked by locking pins to prevent them from rolling sideways out of the trailer.

This flat shelf cart is equipped with three standard flat shelves for transporting totes, bins, and boxes. The shelves are adjustable and can be easily raised or lowered depending on your materials. This cart has an attached drop pin and hitch tow bar for transportation via a tugger train system. It has six high-quality polyurethane casters for improved tracking when in a tugger train.

LiftRunner Mother Daughter
The STILL Liftrunner system can be easily adapted to a wide range of environments. The LiftRunner® Frames offers high flexibility and allows for loading and unloading from both sides. Its design ensures quiet operation with low wear-and-tear by raising trolleys during transit. The system provides excellent driveability and directional stability for enhanced safety. It features an easy-to-use trolley de-coupling system and includes automatic safety back-up for secure handling when pushing trolleys.

U-frame Gantry Style
Pass-Through Gantry Capture Systems use rails and pins to securely capture Daughter Carts within a Mother Gantry, accommodating various Daughter cart dimensions. This gantry style ensures safe and secure transport within the Mother frame and allows easy access from both sides. Designed for flat, even surfaces, these systems keep all wheels on the ground for optimal stability and performance.
